  • Orienting – Pause and name 5 things you see, 4 you hear, 3 you feel, 2 you smell, 1 you taste. This grounds you in the present.

  • Shake It Out – Stand up and shake your arms, legs, and body for 30–60 seconds. Animals do this instinctively to discharge stress.
